We want your experience with Palace Bingo Clubs, Casinos, Websites and other Palace entertainment venues to be truely enjoyeable and our staff will do their very best to provide the best service possible.
If, however, we fail to meet or exceed your expectations then Patrick Duffy, the Managing Director of Palatial Leisure, will do his best to put things right. Patrick reviews all complaints personally and so you can be sure that your comments reach the very top.
